DoodhDesk is a small counter app that records every sale, keeps each customer's credit (udhaar) history, and turns the month's entries into a printable bill — without any accounting jargon.
The problem
A paper register can't keep up
Most small dairy shops still track daily milk, curd and paneer sales in a notebook. Entries get missed, month-end totals are added by hand, and figuring out how much a customer owes means flipping through weeks of pages.
The fix
One simple daily counter
Log a sale in a few taps at the counter, and the dashboard, customer ledger and monthly bill all update themselves. Nothing to reconcile, nothing to add up by hand.
What it does
Daily collection tracking
Today's cash, entry count and month-to-date totals on one counter dashboard, updated as each sale is logged.
Customer udhaar ledger
Every regular has a profile with their purchase history and month-wise credit, ready to print or send on WhatsApp.
Quick entry logging
Search a customer, tap the product and quantity, done. Keyboard-friendly and fast enough for a queue at the counter.
